We lease with an option to buy properties of homeowners.
We then market our option to our growing database of prospective tenant/buyers.
Once we have a good candidate for the property, we review their qualifications with
the property owner.
With the property owner's approval, we assign our option to the tenant/buyers.
We Assist
We also provide the tenant/buyers with helpful information and recommended credit
counselors to help them restore and rebuild their credit.
