The True Anti-Federalist

The true Anti-Federalist knows that in legal terms, spelling, punctuation, capitalization and grammar are very important. For instance, a republic and a Republic are entirely two different things, and you must understand the difference between these two terms if you wish to become Free and Independent! You cannot have Freedom without Independence.
The true Anti-Federalist is one who believes in the Common Law (the one with the first letter of each word capitalized) that is True Law, Natural Law (of God's not man's), Biblical Law, Declaration of Rights Law, that truly recognizes God-given Unalienable Rights are possessed by all people regardless of race or creed.
The true Anti-Federalist does NOT believe in the common law (with small letters) which has become today in America nothing more than corporate judicial case law. Since the beginning of time, governments have perverted the true Common Law given to us by God into a debased common law that is NOT True Law. The true Anti-Federalist does NOT believe in the God-less common law that is defined in Black's Law Dictionary to be:
common law - As distinguished from law created by the enactment of legislatures, the common law comprises the body of those principles and rules of action, relating to the government and security of persons and property, which derive their authority solely from usages and customs of immemorial antiquity, or from the judgments and decrees of the courts recognizing, affirming, and enforcing such usages and customs; and, in this sense, particularly the ancient unwritten law of England. The "common law" is all the statutory and case law background of England and the American colonies before the American revolution. People v. Rehman, 253 C.A.2d 119, 61 Cal.Rptr.65,85. "Common law" consists of those principles, usage and rules of action applicable to government and security of persons and property which do not rest for their authority upon any express and positive declaration of the will of the legislature. The common law of each state is the English common law plus the decisions of each state's courts. Paralegal's Encyclopedic Dictionary, by Valera Grapp, J.D., LL.M.
As you can see the shyster lawyers (wordsmiths) cannot even keep their lies straight because in one instance they state the "common law" is "distinguished from law created by the enactment of legislatures" and then in the next sentence they say that the "common law" is statutory and case law, when statutes themselves are enactments of legislatures.

The fact that Black's Law Dictionary (5th Ed.) goes on to say that "Calif. Civil Code, Section 22.2, provides that the 'common law of England, so far as it is not repugnant to or inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States, or the Constitution or laws of this State, is the rule of decision in all the courts of this State.'" is further evidence that we here in America have actually lost the War of Independence, contrary to existing popular opinion. The true Anti-Federalist knows that all statutes and ordinances and licensing procedures only apply to corporate, artificial and governmental entities often statutorily called "persons" and not to men or Free People.
A true Republic is founded upon God's Common Law that protects and defends the God-given Rights of everyone.
A Legislature does not exist in a true Republic.
If a Legislature exists, that government ceases to be a Republic as soon as any legislation is passed that abrogates the Common Law and our God-given Rights.
The "Law of the Land" is NOT the U.S. Constitution. Such claims by "Constitutionalists" are in error. The Common Law protecting our God-given Rights among men is the Supreme Law of the Land. It was written by our Father, God. It was written by His hand. The Common Law rules our actions, no legislative act. The Laws of God apply to us, the Sovereigns, that's a fact. We are the rulers under God. Legislatures have no place in a Republic, under God. Legislatures are a Title of Honor and Nobility, forbidden by True Law and the U.S. CONstitution, but then in it given them the power. This mockery, this deception, must be exposed all across the land.
Our Rights come from God, not a document known as the "U.S. Constitution", and will continue to exist past the demise of your present day federal government.
The Holy Scriptures give us the True Law known as the Common Law protecting the God-given Rights of everyone.
The Common Law Jury has the right to apply the True Law to the facts of the case.
God is the true Law-giver and Right-giver.
The family is the basic unit of government.
The closer the government is to the people, the higher is its authority.
The county, parrish and township are basic lawful governments in our local communities. City municipalities are not. Not even local governments are permitted to restrict, abolish, or override the Common Law.
Republic-nation-states are lawful as long as they restrain their powers and authorities within God's Common Law.
A "union" or a "government" is only perpetual as long as perpetual law is enforced. The U.S. CONstitution was a breach of trust my friend. It was written there in Philadelphia in secret and in shame by a group of Masons conniving to concentrate far too much power in their hand. Their twisted words they penned that led the people to believe that 3/5th of a person was a lawful deal. Judges are given the "right" to rule from high across this land in good behavior till they die. Presidents can rule like kings, our rights they can abrogate.

Benjamin Franklin spent a great deal of his time in London promoting land deals to the crown. It was the Masonic Ben Franklin who wrote his proposed Articles of Confederation even prior to the Declaration of Independence! Franklin's Articles of Confederation; July 21, 1775 Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union; July 12, 1776 This Paper was drawn up by B. Franklin in 1776, he being then President of the Convention of Pennsylvania. The paper must have been prepared in the interval between July 12 and August 20, the dates of the submission to Congress of the first form of the Confederation and of the rising of the Pennsylvania Convention. Now was a strong centralized Masonic lawyer government plan in the works by the Masons and lawyers even before the Declaration of Independence, or are your eyes deceiving you? Trust your eyes in this case.
It's time we write revive our Republics by writing new Constitutions for each Republic in the land.
It's time the people take back control of the government, and reinstitute the Trial Juries and the Grand Juries that has been stolen from us by the lawyers and bankers.

This is the Republican form of government that our early American forefathers fought and died for and that has deceptively been redefined by the Crown's shysters and their henchmen. Even Richard Henry Lee of the Anti-Federalists was an infiltrator (one of the King's men) consolidating power under the Articles of Confederation. It was from Richard Henry Lee that Jefferson got the phrase "free and independent states" for the Declaration of Independence when the term should have been "Free and Independent Republics". State governments are governmental entities subservient to the Crown.

Alas, poor Patrick! As a young Christian Anti-Federalist you did the Republics well. But my friend, you were also a lawyer and even though I believe you were not a Mason, I see you came under their strong influence in later years. You cannot serve two masters. Poor Patrick, oh poor Patrick. In the World Book Encyclopedia we read about your later years:
"Public service left Henry badly in debt, and in 1788 he returned to his law practice. His fame as a brilliant speaker gained him many clients, and he soon became a successful criminal lawyer. His law fees helped him to buy land, and in 1794, he retired to his Red Hill estate, near Appomattox, Va.
During the next five years, Henry refused many requests to return to public life. He was offered a seat in the U.S. Senate, posts as minister to Spain and to France, a place in George Washington's [a Mason] Cabinet as Secretary of State, and the position of Chief Justice of the United States. In 1796, Henry was elected governor of Virginia for the sixth time, but he refused the office.
Finally George Washington persuaded him to become a candidate for representative in the Virginia state legislature. Henry made his last great speech during the campaign. The speech was a denial of a state's right to decide the constitutionality of federal laws. Henry told the voters: "United we stand, divided we fall. Let us not split into factions which must destroy that union upon which our existence hangs." Henry won the election, but he died before he could take office. [Was it the hand of God?] Henry was buried at Red Hill. [the name is only fitting] -- William Morgan Fowler, Jr."
Apparently George Washington and the Masonic influence was pretty heavy on the elder Patrick Henry. How different a man he was. The elder Patrick Henry is off my list of heroes. The younger Patrick Henry stills remains.
