Subject: Re: More smearing tactics on Joe Gray! Date: Thu, 17 Aug 2000 18:49:23 -0600 (CDT) From:secstatertx@hushmail.com Chris- I am beginning to feel horrible that I fell for the machine's efforts. I put out an alert based on an article that was front page in Monday's Chronicle, which for some reason I still get delivered for all its lies. The intention of my alert was to wake up patriots and make them look at this situation. It was not to form the basis of self-agrendizement for radio talk-show hosts and myself. I thought I was writing an exclusive group of defenders of the Faith! Something bad will come out of this unless I go up there and put a balm on the wound. Obviously, pro-Gore forces have put out the articles cited and the hoped-for response has come. We are feeding the anti-self-defense crowd with our sensationalism. Mr. Gray is a good man and believes in the Lord and the Republic. Mr. Tarkington is a good man who loves his children and wants to protect them. The two forces are at an impasse and require a steady hand to smooth ruffled feathers. I will be that hand. I will go up there and work on the problem I have created. I put out one email saying, "Fellow freedom-fighters, one of our own is in danger because of this article." What happens? Alex jumps in; I receive emails from Idaho and Montana and Michigan and Tennesee; I get chastized by the Republic Council. This man is in danger, yes. His family does not deserve the recriminations that are coming down, yes. And at the bottom of it all is the fact that one of the candidates, Al Bush or George Gore (if not both), are using this situation to fuel their own agendas. Please! Everyone calm down. Yes, Gray is under attack, but not in the strict sense of the word. This is not a gun fight, this is a mind war. We must be steady and calm in the face of such opposition. We can not give the feds any grist for their machine. Neither my body, nor those of the Grays, are fodder for their ambitions! We have a great evil to fight, however, we must meet them on their territory first. Do not act rashly, nor out of passion. That is what they want, and what all of our martyrs have given them, to date. Our action is this...let us take up a collection to pay Mr. Gray's traffic warrants. Then, let us have one or two faithful men stand patrol and report any REAL action by "law enforcement". I will go up there to try and diffuse the custody and trooper incidences. That will leave nothing for the fed to use against Gray or us. We must not add wood to their fire. It is exactly what they are seeking. We must show ourselves to be officers and gentlemen at all times! This is a very touchy situation. If you know Mr. Gray, alert him to my visit so that I can by-pass the guard. If you know the sheriff, plead for my safe passage. If you know Mr. Tarkington, ask him to meet me at the gate on Saturday morning. If you know Alex Jones, ask him to stand down. This will pass without the fed getting their wish! I pray to God that I can do some good here. The goal on the part of patriots here is to receive good press. We will be responsible for making things right, nor exacerbating the situation. Let us turn the tables on our adversary! Let us be the good guys! Let us show all the people of the world that we are interested in peace, not in war. That is the image we wish to convey. If I should be wounded or killed by the fed and its minions, I ask for all out war. If I should be killed or wounded by Gray and his, I ask that it be held up for what it is. I go in peace and with peace we will find the solution that will make the patriots look like the true heros they are! If we do not find it, we are doomed. Gray is a man of God. Patriots are men and women of God. Together, we can force the shadows back into their resting place. I go in the name of the Republic and the Common Law. I will be unarmed and I am stating my intentions afore. Publish this letter far and wide. Let any man that hinders God's Will be struck down for it. I am ready to die for God's Will. I am not ready to die to make "their" day. Let us show the world that Texas is a refuge for those who believe in a better way of life, not in guns and death and Satan's sword. Alex, be calm. WorldNetDaily, watch this action. Gun-owners, let this be a lesson. Patriots, should I die for this, know who your enemy is. I hereby place my life, liberty and sacred honor on this. And I do it publicly as best I can, and at the risk of my family and my own life. Let the world see what we are made of by this action. Pray this: This is a battle for the mind, not land or body. Only one will win. Will you be the one to determine the outcome? Be sure in God's Love and in the eventual victory of God over the forces of evil. I beg God's forgiveness on this land and myself, and that His Love and Sacrifice for us will guide my actions and words. Let this cloud pass without incident and may all that has happened be dedicated to His Glory.
