I said that I had a God-given right to travel, as confirmed by the US Supreme Court in Kent v. Dulles, 357 U.S. 116, 125, and that the state could not regulate or license that right without due process (c.f. - Weirich v. State, 140 Wis. 98; Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, 169 N.E. 22; Ligare v. Chicago, 28 N.E. 934; Boone v. Clark, 214 S.W. 607; American Jurisprudence 1st Ed., Highways 163). During this whole ordeal, I stated no less than 20 times that I was traveling. Bernard Grover Secretary of State Republic of Texas Provisional Government
