The Declaration is not an article appearing anywhere or published as
yet. It is a document that I, myself, wrote. At this time, the intent
is to hold a ratification convention, 24-26 November, at a location to
be determined, for the purpose of organizing a temporary provisional
government, outside of any corporate jurisdiction, under the authority
of Almighty God. Other States are welcome. Will later send out time and
location.
1) Christian Law forbids Oaths.
2) Notice the word citizen is not used. (That's what governments
create. God creates men and women.) A citizen is a member of a body
politic - a legal fiction from Roman Law originating in ancient Athens.
3) It was stated on page 1 what is the Supreme Law - The Ten
Commandments; and what is the basis of just laws.
4) The flip side of the coin of Freedom has always been Responsibility.
Freedom itself is the willingness to accept the responsibility for
one's own existence (and actions), and not lay that off on "government."

I'm currently writing The Ordinance of the Arkansas Republic; and will
invite comments, etc.

Brief bio.: Fifth generation Scotch/Irish Arkansawyer, Christian,
Former U.S.M.C. - mid '50s. Former airline pilot.
Twenty-five year student of NWO, nature of coin and currency. Three
years in depth study of historical documents, legal definitions,
constitutional and common law.
