A Way to Re-establish the Common Law Courts Have you ever seen Judge Judy on television or any of the other People's Courts programs on television? How do they get jurisdiction? How is it that the verdicts handed down are Lawful and binding? It is because the parties have entered into agreement with the court to make the court's verdict Lawful and binding. Wouldn't a verdict by a jury of one's peers even be more Lawful and binding than that of a court like Judge Judy's? Wouldn't it be possible then to set up Lawful courts that permitted one to: 1. Actually enforce their God-given Rights? 2. Actually be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures? 3. Not be compelled to be a witness against oneself? 4. Not be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of Law? 5. Not have private property taken for public use without just compensation? 6. Enjoy the Right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury wherein the crime supposedly has been committed? 7. Be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation? 8. Be confronted with the witnesses against him? 9. Have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor? 10. Have the assistance of the counsel of his choosing, not just lawyers or 'members of the Bar', for his defense? No fact tried by a Common Law Jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court than according to the rules of the Common Law. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor any fines imposed that enrich the government, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted beyond Lawful, reasonable Common Law penalties as determined by the people's Common Law Jury. Wouldn't it be possible to even televise these Common Law courts so that more people could be made aware that they really and truly could find much better justice in a Common Law court than a court that is presently enforcing crown law and operated by the State and the Feds? Even the U.S.Constitution states in Article 1, Section 10: No State shall ... pass any ... Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility. Wouldn't it be a good idea that your marriage contract states that in the case of any divorce, separation or child custody issues shall be settled by a Common Law court at the request of one or both of the parties?
