Protests, like rebellions, have a long and glorious history of NOT
WORKING.

The American revolution was a notable change in that history,
because the  rebellion worked for about six years, then failed. The
failure was local, in area,  to an area called Washington, D.C., and
spread quickly to include all states.

The Declaration of Independence clearly made God, the Creator, the
master  and lawmaker for the nation. The people were supposed to live
in a nation ruled under  "the law of nature and of nature's God" and
have all the freedom to which those laws  entitled them.

The rights that they had were endowed by their Creator, not by man.
Six  years later, a group of unelected men overthrew this system of
government by writing a  document that began with a LOOOONG sentence,
which I will paraphrase here, -- "We,  certain People of the United
States, in order to form our own, more unanimous Union,  establish
MAN'S justice, instead of God's, disturb the peace that God can
provide for an  obedient people, trust in our own arms instead of
God's Divine protection, rob from the  rich and dole out to the poor
(taking our cut out of the middle), and secure the Blessings  of
freedom to our small group of unelected lawyers and politicians, do
ordain,  establish, and CREATE [and act reserved to God] our own
Constitution for the United States of  America. " And then, to prove
to thee entire world that they were relieving God of any  right or
power of governing America, they placed Article 1, Section 8, clauses
17 & 18 in that constitution, giving themselves ESCLUSIVE legislation
and LAW MAKING  authority for carrying out any poower that they
wanted to give themselves. As  coonclusive proof that this is the
intended result of the Constitution, I give you, --  taaa DAAAAA!!!,
--Bill Clinton (Stroke of the pen. Law of the land. Kinda Cool!) The
mere FACT  that this government exists, unconvicted by impeachment by
legislature, is proof  that the constitution is working as intended.
Patrick Henry predicted it. History  confirms it.

The bible gave us the example in King Omri. Please locate a Strong's 
Concordance and read all that God says about King Omri. Incidentally,
Ameri-ca is named  after King Omri, with the suffix that carries the
connotation of a Jezabel.
